3. Payment & Refunds

Refunds are processed according to the specific tour package terms. In cases of a valid refund claim, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: 90% refund.
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
Lucky Journey reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.
5. Liability
Lucky Journey acts as an agent for various transport, accommodation, and activity providers. While we select our partners carefully, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party providers.
Travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, personal accidents, and trip cancellations.
